Ski Sharks Alumni
Reserve August 7th and 8th of 2026 for the 50th anniversary and alumni event !!! This will be a fun filled weekend with an alumni practice, potluck dinner, special waterski show, dinner at the Bamboo Bar headlined by live music from Rocker!

August 7-8, 2026 | 50th Anniversary Celebration
August 7 - Alumni practice at ski site - Smalley Park (2:00 PM to 7:00 PM)
Come down and ski, practice and reconnect. Regular members of the team will be on hand to help with rope and ski selection and will help on the water as well.
August 7 - Alumni potluck at ski site - Smalley Park (6:00 PM)
This was a big hit 10 years ago at the event. Utilizing the shelter building at the ski site, this is intended as an alumni member only event. The Team will provide brats / burgers / pulled pork (or similar). Everyone attending is expected to bring something to pass. Come on down and relax at Smalley Park. This will be a smaller group gathering and a good time to reconnect with former team members.
August 8 - Alumni waterski show at ski site - Smalley Park - 2:00 PM (Alumni skiers & announcers w/ some current members skiing as well)
Come and join in for a ski show performance. We want everyone there by 12:30 PM AT THE LATEST! It takes time to coordinate all the moving pieces for this. Show performance starts at 2:00 PM. Please encourage friends and family to come along and watch the show. Lawn chairs are suggested as there is limited bleacher seating. Alumni members take precedence in this special show, but regular Ski Shark members will be there to assist and also do ski acts as well.
August 8 - All team gathering (5:30 PM) - Bamboo Bar - Live Music - all alumni, current members and families
Return to the original ski site of the Ski Sharks on Shawano Lake, the Bamboo Bar! Catered buffet style service for dinner at the Bamboo with coffee and water provide. Bamboo will be open for cash bar. Alumni members, current members and families are all welcome at this event.
ROCKER - Relive your youth when ROCKER (http://www.rockermusic.com/PRINTABLE_SCHEDULE.html) takes the stage at 7:00 PM at the Bamboo. Stick around to relive the 1970s and 1980s. Rocker will be jammin’ Shawano Lake until about 11:00 PM.
